SITE ANALYSIS
Virtual site visit is conducted at Jalan Tingkat Laut, Tanjung Bungah, Pulau Pinang, due to the circumstances of pandemic Covid-19. A comprehensive site analysis is conducted by the whole class and works are divided equally among 11 groups. Requirements are as below :

INTRODUCTION -MICROSITE
Transcribed from 'flower cape' due to several promontories jut out to the sea along cape. Located at the northern coast of Penang Island, it was originally a quiet fishing village and eventually became a beach destination in 1980s. Mushrooming of high rises residential due to development of Georgetown.
SITE INTRODUCTION :
Lot No.88, Jalan Tingkat Laut, Tanjung Tokong, 11200 Tanjung Bungah, is our chosen site. It is an empty lot with 857.07 sqm of site area and it is located in a tranquil residential neighborhood.
